Function description:
Feeding device: multiple aseptic feeding pipelines (four-valve group) to meet the aseptic feeding of various nutrients in different growth stages of cells;
Surface/deep aeration device: automatic adjustment of DO by linkage stirring revolutions and ventilation of 02, CO2, CA, N2 and other gases;
Exhaust device: multi-stage filter exhaust can be installed to ensure that the exhaust meets GMP requirements;
Equipped with a temperature control system to realize precise temperature control during the cultivation process with an accuracy of $0.1°C;
Equipped with aseptic sampling valve and special sampling bottle to realize aseptic sampling;
Fully automatic CIP and SIP to realize the cleaning and sterilization of tanks, material pipelines and intake and exhaust devices;
Adopt CIP/SIP magnetic upper agitator to prevent pollution in the tank and reduce operation and maintenance costs;
Link pH sensor, alkali pump and CO2 air intake to realize automatic adjustment of pH;
Linkage with foam sensor and defoaming pump to realize automatic detection and defoaming;
Multi-function touch screen operation, realizing intuitive display of process and running status, realizing time data recording of temperature, pressure, pH, DO, liquid level, OD value, curve drawing and alarm function;
Multi-level password protection, to achieve electronic signature and data audit trail in compliance with FDA21CFR_parti1, the control system is implemented in accordance with the requirements of GAMP5, and complete verification documents are provided.
